At Zion Blooms, your happiness is our commitment.

Because our products are fresh, perishable floral arrangements, we are unable 
to accept physical returns. However, we stand fully behind the quality and care 
of every bouquet we create.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Cancelled 8+ hours before scheduled preparation begins → Full refund to your 
  original payment method

• Cancelled less than 8 hours but product not yet prepared → Full refund to 
  your original payment method

• Product prepared but not yet out for delivery → Store credit for the full 
  order value

• Product out for delivery or already delivered → No refund — see Quality 
  Guarantee below

SAME-DAY ORDER CANCELLATIONS

For same-day delivery orders (placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time), the 
standard 8-hour cancellation window may not apply. Same-day orders are 
considered final once preparation has begun, typically within 1 hour of order 
placement. If you need to cancel a same-day order, please contact us 
immediately at info@zionblooms.com and we will do our best to accommodate your 
request before preparation begins.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

If your arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or does not meet your expectations, 
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the 
arrangement. We will issue a store credit for the full value of your order, 
redeemable on any future purchase at Zion Blooms.

SUBSTITUTE POLICY

On rare occasions, specific flowers or varieties may be unavailable due to 
seasonal or supply constraints. In such cases, Zion Blooms reserves the right 
to substitute flowers of equal or greater value, maintaining the same color 
palette, style, and overall aesthetic of your chosen arrangement. We will never 
substitute in a way that diminishes the quality or spirit of your bouquet. If 
you have strict preferences, please note them at checkout or contact us before 
ordering at info@zionblooms.com.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Zion Blooms is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to an 
incorrect address provided at checkout. Please verify all delivery details 
carefully before placing your order.
