These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zion Blooms Inc. website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

  • Orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance
  • We may refuse or cancel orders at any time, including for:

    • Inventory shortages

A contract is formed only once order confirmation is issued.

1.4 Pricing & Currency

  • Prices may be listed in USD or CAD
  • Taxes and delivery fees are calculated at checkout

Due to the perishable and natural nature of flowers:

  • Variations in size, color, bloom stage, and design are expected
  • Images are representative only
  • Exact duplication is not guaranteed

 

1.6 Substitution Rights

We reserve the right to substitute the following:

  • Flowers
  • Containers
  • Decorative elements

Substitutions will:

  • Match style and color theme
  • Be equal or greater value

1.7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the order
  • We are not liable for:
    • Indirect or consequential damages
    • Emotional distress claims
    • Delivery delays outside our control

1.8 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by:

  • Government actions

  • Canadian customers: Laws of Ontario
